JADEVA Membership Terms of Service

JADEVA is a high-level, invite-only membership community and co-created ecosystem for powerful, divine women to build a future together, weaving personal and professional dreams. We are committed to building a new earth, where peace, bliss, and abundance are the baseline for humanity. Together, divine leaders are rooted in service, impact, trust, and joy, committing to balancing the masculine and feminine energies within themselves. Through this personal transformation, they impact every single person they touch.

Article 1: Non-Discrimination

JADEVA is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members. Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated. Members agree to uphold this policy and treat all individuals with respect and dignity.

Article 2: Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to the benefits and services provided by JADEVA. Some examples include (but are not limited to):

  • JADEVA Live Virtual Trainings

  • Signature In-Person Events

  • Monthly Member Experiences

Article 3: Membership Term and Fees

Membership in JADEVA is an annual commitment that begins when registration is complete and the first payment is received. Each member is committing to a full term of the annual program. If a member decides to leave the program before the term ends, they remain liable for any remaining payments.

Members may choose to pay the annual membership in full, quarterly, or monthly. If a member selects a payment plan, they are responsible for making timely payments. A late fee of $50 will be added to invoices that are more than 30 days overdue.

Members agree to abide by the rules and regulations of JADEVA, which may be amended from time to time.

Article 4: Termination Conditions

Members may terminate their membership with 30 days' written notice to a co-founder. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination, and any outstanding payments remain due. JADEVA may also terminate a membership for just cause or violation of membership terms.

Article 5: Referral Process and Services

Referral Services – Members are encouraged to refer potential clients or business opportunities to fellow JADEVA members. The referring member will provide relevant details to the receiving member.

Compensation – If the referral results in a sale, the receiving member agrees to pay the referring member a suggested referral fee of 5% of the total profit from the sale. This fee should be paid within 30 days of receiving payment from the client. Members are responsible for managing these transactions, and JADEVA is not liable for any outcomes. Members who fail to uphold this agreement without fair justification may be subject to review by the co-founders.

Good Faith – Our community values reciprocity to ensure that everyone’s cup is filled with abundance. If the 10% referral fee is not viable for a business, the referring party should be informed upfront of the agreed-upon percentage.

Termination – The referring member is entitled to compensation for referrals made prior to termination in accordance with this agreement.

Confidentiality – Members agree to keep confidential all information regarding each other's business practices, clients, and any other sensitive information disclosed in connection with this agreement.

Independent Contractor – Members are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of each other. No member has the authority to bind or make representations on behalf of another member.

Article 6: Liability and Dispute Resolution

JADEVA is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by members in connection with their membership. If a member receives services from another member, JADEVA is not responsible for any outcomes of that experience. Members work with one another at their own discretion and judgment.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, NY, and shall remain in effect until one or more of the following occurs:

  • The member fails to meet the requirements of membership.

  • The agreement term lapses without renewal.

  • The company files for bankruptcy or ceases operations.

By joining JADEVA, members agree to uphold these terms and contribute to a thriving, heart-led community of divine feminine leadership.
