Breathwork and sound healing to ground into the rhythms of nature with deep presence and renewal

Join us for a special family gathering in honor of Earth Day, where we celebrate our deep connection to nature and the wisdom of earth-aligned leadership.
Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Brooklyn Botanic Garden, we will walk among the cherry blossoms in full bloom, a stunning reminder of nature’s cycles, resilience, and grace. This gathering is a moment to pause, reflect, and connect with each other and the Earth in a space of beauty and renewal.

Join us for the inaugural Full Moon Wild Woman Walk — a soul-nourishing, full moon gathering in the heart of nature.

Meet at Prospect Park Grand Army Plaza

What to Expect:
We’ll walk together for about 90 minutes, moving our bodies, connecting with nature and each other.
After the walk, we’ll gather in a celebration circle to honor something you're excited about or proud of since the last full moon. ✨
