What is JADEVA?

JADEVA is a global community designed to nurture and cultivate the world’s wisest, most powerful, and abundant women—fusing consciousness back into business and shifting entire timelines, generations, and communities.

Membership Questions

How does the membership program work?

Interested in joining? Start by filling out our online application. After submission, you’ll go through an interview process to ensure alignment.

Once a member, you’ll be placed into a Chapter of 64 women, further grouped into subsets of 8 based on interviews or location.

What are the benefits of membership?

Virtual Experiences (4 Per Month)

• Awareness | Live Principle Training – Deep dives into The 13 Principles of Divine Feminine Leadership.

• Movement | Somatics & Embodiment – Breathwork, dance, movement, and coaching for integration.

• Embodiment | Leaders Lounge – A space for collaboration, networking, and resource sharing.

• Nurturing | Infinity8 Mastermind with an Oracle – A spiritually guided mastermind for deep reflection.

Includes monthly challenges for personal and professional growth, starting with the I Am A Creatrix Challenge in January.

• Personalized Introductions to aligned members.

In-Person Events

We host curated gatherings in major cities, such as ceremonies, panels, and unique experiences like yacht takeovers at Art Basel. A new member-led event system allows for more community-driven experiences.

How do I join?

To start the membership process, fill out our online application. Our team will review it and be in touch.

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, JADEVA membership is $8,888 annually, with three payment options:

• Pay in full: $8,888

• Quarterly payments: $2,222

• Monthly payments: $740

What happens if I don’t renew my membership?

If you choose not to renew, we ask for written notice at least 30 days before the end of your term. This allows us to transition smoothly and welcome new members with care.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! If a current member refers someone who joins, we offer a $444 cash referral.

Can I freeze my membership?

Members may request a freeze for up to three months for personal reasons such as maternity leave or extended travel. During this period, membership benefits will be temporarily paused. All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

Can I transfer my membership?

No, memberships are personal and exclusive to each member. They cannot be transferred or reassigned.

Financial Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and PayPal.

How do I update my membership details?

Contact Emily Leavitt for updates to payment details or personal information.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Membership dues are non-refundable, as they support the experiences, resources, and connections that make this community valuable.

What happens if a payment is late?

• A 10-day grace period is provided for overdue payments.

• After 10 days, membership access will be suspended until the balance is paid.

• A $75 reinstatement fee applies to reactivate a suspended membership.

Can I postpone a payment?

Payment deferrals are only available for verified extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, financial hardship) and must be approved in advance.

Deferral Guidelines:

• One-time deferral per 12-month period.

• Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the due date with supporting details.

• If approved, a revised payment plan will be issued.

Deferrals are intended as a short-term solution and repeated requests may impact membership status.

What is your cancellation policy?

JADEVA membership is a one-year commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted, and dues must be paid in full, per our Terms and Conditions.
